It is easy to shoot yourself in the foot with your website. Here are 13 unlucky situations to avoid.
After making this list, we reviewed the "before" state of our participants to see where they might be having problems. The results were not too bad, but we did find areas to improve. Our evaluations were only guesses, so we could be wrong on a few of these.
